Thank you for visiting our new Badlands Travel Web site. The site is brand new and still developing so please bear with us if you experience problems with your booking.

Can I get help via email?

If you experience problems with your booking please email mike@badlands.co.uk and we will try and answer as soon as we can.

I have placed my booking but cannot make the payment work or my card has not been accepted?

If you attempt to make a payment your booking is reserved in our system and your shopping cart. If your payment fails for any reason your booking should remain reserved for a short while until you make a successful payment or cancel that booking. If you experience problems at the payment stages of our new site and would like to confirm your booking status please email mike@badlands.co.uk

My old login name and password don't work?

This is a brand new web site and does not know about any previous user names or passwords you may have had with other Badlands web sites. You need to register a new account to book your first trip.

Can I book for a twin share option?

We are planning to have twin share option booking on line soon . While we get this set up please phone for availability of twin share room options. Please note that twin share bookings are subject to the availability of other customers travelling alone and requesting a room share. If a room share cannot be found you will be given the option to upgrade to a single room.

Are family rooms available?

Family rooms may be available for most packages but prices may vary depending on a childs age.

Please note a Family room is defined as containing two beds ( one double and one single or sofa bed for a child.)

Adult triple rooms may also be available and are defined as containing three single beds.

If you book a family room and are traveling with a young child extra discounts may be available in certain hotels depending on the age of your child. Please phone for more details.

Tickets

When will my concert tickets arrive?

We will despatch concert tickets as soon as we receive them at our office. This may be very close to the date of the concert as promoters often do not release tickets until weeks or even days before an event. We will keep you updated of expected despatch dates where ever possible.

I don’t live in the U.K. I am worried that the post will not get my tickets to me before I leave for my trip?

If the promoters release tickets too late for posting we will arrange for tickets to be left at your hotel reception for you to collect. We will keep you updated of expected despatch times .

Do I need travel insurance?

If you are travelling overseas you must have current valid travel insurance to book one of our packages.

Transport

Can I book my flights through Jump Travel?

No ,our hotel and ticket packages do not include flights or transport . Please arrange your own transport to and from the hotel.
